Periscope Data Tops Comparably Rankings for 2018

At Periscope Data, we understand that companies build more than just products. It’s one of our top priorities to build the best company culture for our employees. One step in that process is providing the team with proper pay, perks and benefits. Another important step is building an environment that is welcoming to all ideas, encouraging of individual growth and open to collaboration. We know that a satisfied and motivated team of employees produces the highest quality product, so it’s imperative that we go above and beyond to make sure the team feels heard, appreciated and equipped with the context to do their best work.

We’re happy to announce that this year, Periscope Data was named the 14th best place to work by Comparably, an independent compensation, culture and career-tracking website. This award is based on employee reviews, so the only way to receive a high ranking is to create a culture that employees want to rave about.

In addition, we received eight other awards for individual segments of the overall company rating. Our attention to employees goes beyond just free lunches, snacks and unlimited vacation. Some of our specific efforts to create a rewarding, inclusive culture were also recognized with awards this year:

There are plenty of other signs that we’re on the right track. We have an overall A+ culture score, our CEO Harry Glaser has a 95/100 rating and our employee NPS score (91) is in the top 10% among similar sized companies. We also rank in the top 10% for gender (91/100) and diversity (90/100).

We’re really excited about what we’re building at Periscope Data — both in terms of our data platform and in terms of an employment experience that makes a positive impact on the lives of our team.
